An army cot, 2 sleeping bags, a rifle, crossbow, a cast iron wok, axe, a head lamp flashlight, a lighter and a hunting knife along with a love for nature and God were all that Roland took with him for 100 hours in temperatures ranging from 17 to 50 degrees. He saw rain, snow, ice, sunshine and fog!

Roland also loves his maple syrup farming in beautiful upstate New York where he personally taps his organic maple bush every season producing the finest maples syrup to be found!
